Keeping a checklist for your email campaigns is a good reminder of the important aspects to make sure you include or review. Especially when working with a team.
The Blocks Edit checklist feature allows you to setup a custom checklist that is shown as a guide with each email being built. You set it up on a template level and each email automatically gets your checklist items added. They can then be checked off by any team member as they are completed/evaluated.
The checklist feature is enabled by default with a few essential items included. Custom items can be added via the template settings icon () from the dashboard. Click the Checklist tab in the modal that comes up.
You can also disable the default items here, or the feature itself.
To add an item, enter its Title and an optional Description and click the Add button. Added items can be removed with the Remove button next to each one.
Click Save changes to save your settings.
Note: you will need to be an admin or owner on the account to have access to these settings.
To view the checklist in the editor, click the checklist icon () on the right. A sidebar of the checklist items is shown. Items can be checked off. The time that it gets checked off, along with who checked off the item, gets logged in the activity panel, accessed via its icon on the right ().
