Content ideas

• Make sure customers have all the information they need for how to use your product or service
• Properly setting up the product, and using it in conjunction with their current setup
• Provide links to help docs, tutorial videos, and/or forums to browse and post questions
• Include ways that your customers can get contact support for help
• When a user sends an email, set expectation of how long until they will get a response
• Allow customers to reply to emails they receive directly, even when the emails are automated
• Let them know up front that feedback helps guide and improve the product
• How extensive the survey is and how much time it will take is also important to include
• Consider single-click questions as part of emails you send, like a star rating they can click on
• A single question with multiple choices to choose from is another good single-click option
