Collections

When a new page or email is created using the Start from Layout option on the dashboard, each page or email is automatically part of a collection associated with that layout.

Listings

You can output listings of a collection of pages on any page. Outputting a listing requires using an area that is a repeatable region. When the section or component with a repeatable region is added to the page, it will include a field mapping option.

• Clicking this option brings up a panel to select the content you want to output in your listings
• Choose the layout with collection of pages you want, any filtering you want to do on them, and how you want to sort them
• You can also set a limit for the listings, and the number of pages to split them up in

Click the Save button to set your content output options. You'll then need to map the content fields (text and images) to the content in your region.

Data fields

After setting the options for your content data, you'll need to associate the text and images in the region with the content data fields that you want to pull in.

• Click on a text area or image within the first item in your repeatable region
• From the options that come up, choose the data field option
• Use the variable dropdown to choose the content field to output in its place
• You can also choose whether you want to limit the number of text characters that are output, or to remove all formatting from the text
• Any images that are selected will be automatically cropped

Pagination

If you want to output your listings among multiple pages, you can add pagination links for them. To do this, you'll first have to have listings being shown, and with a set number of pages. Then, add a repeatable region for your page numbers. You will see a pagination option to select.

• Clicking the pagination option gives you a dropdown of the listing(s) you have setup to connect the pagination to
• Then selecting the text you want to link as your pagination item will turn the text into a number and automatically link it
• The number of pages available for your listing will be output
• You can browse through the listing pages in the editor preview mode after saving your changes

Custom fields

If you want to add additional content data that is not part of a layout, you can add custom fields to the layout, via the layout settings in the theme editor.
