Share a page or email

There are various ways you can share your page or email with your coworkers. On your dashboard, click the share icon () next to the page or email you want to share. Or, in the visual editor, click Share in the upper right.

Share for review

You will have an option for a Preview Link, a direct link to copy and send to your coworkers. This will take them to the Review mode where they can view the page or email in its current state and provide feedback by posting comments.

Send a test email

For an email, there's a field for an email address to send a test email to. The subject line of the email sent will include [Test] followed by the subject you set in the email's settings.

Download options

And there are files you can download and share with your coworkers.

• A PDF doc of the rendered page or email. Either the desktop version, or mobile, or both together.
• A text-only option as a way to preview your content as it would be seen by text-only reader software for the visually impaired. You can also use it for your email's text-only headers included when you send your email.
