Content ideas
Notify when an update is made to content that the customer chose to receive updates for
Notify when a core activity is made with your product, like taking photos, or writing articles
Alert in cases where usage of an account seems abnormal
If there’s the potential for many notifications on a regular basis, consider grouping them
Send alerts related to subscriptions and payment issues
Send alert of any service changes your customers should be made aware of
Remind your customer of items they’ve chosen to “save for later”, or added to a wishlist
Let your customer know that an item that they pre-ordered has been released
For products a customer showed interest in but was not available, send a "back in stock" email
Let your customer know an item they purchase regularly is on sale to encourage a purchase
